DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults (18 years and older) – Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Take a single dose 30 to 60 minutes at or before bedtime.
Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
For Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.
Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
